As a kid I used to play a lot of World War 2 games. Call of Duty 1 is one of those games that I will never forget, simply because it was one of the first shooters I played. The fact that the game was based on real World War 2 made it complete. I remember myself playing a mission in Benouville, France where I was part of the 6th Airborne Division. Our mission was to hold to bridge over the Orner River. That bridge is now called the Pegasus Bridge.
My trip wouldn’t be complete if I didn’t visit the village of Benouville.
